The Brik Fitness Difference
Serving the South Bay Since 2005.

"Changing The Way Fitness is Done."
Brik Fitness is a fitness and nutrition coaching practice that has served the South Bay since 2005. Owners Nik Herold and Brian Nguyen have a straightforward philosophy. They want clients to look better, feel better and perform better. It's a complete approach.
The Value Of The Individual
We don't just claim to change "the way fitness is done," we prove it. Brik Fitness offers Semi-Private Training and Group Metabolic Classes. Even when you visit us outside of standard class times, one of our highly-qualified coaches is always on the floor to answer questions and help
keep you on your path. We aren't about cookie-cutter workouts, we're about people. Each person is unique, with different goals, body types, and base-levels of fitness. Every member begins with a Strategy Session, featuring the Functional Movement Screen, to address each person's goals. Screening and understanding the individual is our top priority.
Recognized For Results
You've seen Brian and Nik's work featured on The Doctors, ESPN, NBC's The Biggest Loser and Today Show, Academy Award-Winner, "The Fighter," "The Longest Yard," and "Contraband," as well as in professional sports, including Jacksonville Jaguars and LA Avengers Arena Football. Brik Fitness has proven, time and time again, that we can make a difference in strength AND pain relief.
When you join the Brik Fitness family, you're not another faceless participant, swiping your card and navigating the gym floor on your own. You are valued, your needs are addressed individually, you are known.
Positive Environment, Positive Change
Step into our facility and you'll feel the sense of family and community. From our friendly staff to the unbelievably delicious shakes, clean bathrooms and showers to the cool technological touches that guide you through your workouts, we are the best part of our members' day, every day. You won't find drill sergeants and loudmouths negatively charging your workouts. Change comes from reinforcing improvements – every step needs to be celebrated.
